These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether you personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Theresam Farm Group dba Honey Hemp Farms doing business as Honey Hemp Farms, concerning your access to and use of the https://www.honeyhemp-farms.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwised connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”). We are registered in Maryland, United States and have our registered office at Upper Marlboro, MD 20772. You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the site and you must discontinue use immediately.
CHANGES TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
The prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to revise or cease the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. This Shipping and Delivery Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions and should be therefore read alongside our main terms. Please carefully review our Shipping and Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
What Are My Shipping & Delivery Options In-person Pickup:
- Curbside pickup is available for all purchases. Pickups are available Saturdays and Sundays 930am-430pm. All Pickups will be at Eastern Market Farmers Market in Washington, DC. Address for pickups is 225 7th St SE, Washington, DC 20003

Processing/Shipping time- Our normal processing time is 3-5 days or sooner and the shipping ranges from 2-5 days depending on the shipping option of your choice
Return Package- If your package is returned back to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to collect the correct shipping address and re-bill you for the shipping fees. This will cover the cost to reship the package unless it was a packaging error on our part.
If you are concerned about your order getting stolen or lost, please pay for insurance or signature confirmation.
Refunds/Cancellations– We do not provide refunds or cancellations for any reason including delay in shipping due to the nature of our product unless it was an error on our part.
Exchange– We do not provide a refund and/or exchange tea(s) or any of our products
Incorrect/Missing item– If you received an incorrect or missing item, please contact us within 5-7 days of delivery to email@example.com to get a replacement sent to you within a week. A photo of the incorrect item and a picture of the invoice MUST be sent to the email provided. If the photo or invoice can not be provided we can not send out the replacement item. When emailing, please put “Incorrect Tea” in the Subject Box.
For the Incorrect tea, we will send a return shipping label via email and/or with the replacement package so the customer can send the incorrect item back to us.
For the missing tea, please send a copy of the invoice and a photo of the teas received. Please put MISSING TEA IN SUBJECT LINE. If the photo of all teas received or invoice can not be provided WE CAN NOT send out A replacement item.
WE ARE UNABLE TO REPLACE ANY MISSING OR INCORRECT ITEMS AFTER THE 8TH DAY TIMEFRAME.
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
